There are nearly 2 million homeless youth in the United States each year.  The West Coast Convening is a collective of service providers, advocates, community stake holders, and researchers who meet every six months to share best practices and brainstorm new solutions to eradicate youth homelesssness.

The West Coast Convening was originally organized and chaired by Megan Gibbard and Arlene Schneir and is currently being chaired by Robin Petering and Eric Rice.
